HDTV

While channel surfing I came across a scene I vaguely recognised so I stopped for a moment to see what it was..it looked like a cheaply made drama..
Turns out it was the last Spiderman movie..

HDTV makes everything look like a homemade video.

  1. It's not HDTV per se, but most HDTVs have an option for something called "motion smoothing". It adds extra frames between the actual ones, with the effect that everything looks like a midday soap opera or videogame cutscene.

  2. Yeah, I know what you mean. Some times there's too much detail no? I was watching a crime/police movie with Samuel L and it looked like 'The Bill' lol.. It was an old movie, but still..
